Where are your products made?


All the products sold on this website are made in Italy, Campania.




Why do you ship orders containing mozzarella only on Monday and Tuesday?


Because many local couriers do not work on Saturdays and Sundays, we cannot risk that fresh products are delivered over 48/72 hours and could lose their freshness.




I am lactose intolerant, can i eat your cheese?


No, you cannot. For any kind of intolerance, please contact me before placing your order.




When are these products made?


It depends. Fresh products such as mozzarella and ricotta are produced a few hours before the courier picks up the order, to maintain freshness. Other packaged products are produced and kept at a controlled temperature.

Can i be sure of the quality of the products?

What does DOP mean?


Denominazione d’Origine Protetta | Protected Designation of Origin The DOP label guarantees that the mozzarella is produced, processed, and packaged in a specific geographical zone and according to tradition. Each step, from production to packaging, is regulated.
