Because many local couriers do not work on Saturdays and Sundays, we cannot risk that fresh products are delivered over 48/72 hours and could lose their freshness.

When are these products made?
Fresh products such as mozzarella and ricotta are produced a few hours before the courier picks up the order, to maintain freshness. Other packaged products are produced and kept at a controlled temperature.

Sure! I'll be very happy to help you. Please text me and explain me about the product you need.
