Pasta di Gragnano with yellow and red cherry tomatoes

Hello everyone! today I would like to present you a dish that is very easy, tasty and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 4

150 g yellow cherry tomatoes

150 g red cherry tomatoes 350 g Italian pasta di Gragnano Extra virgin olive oil best if flavored with basil Q.s Basil Q.s Salt Boil salted water for the pasta. Pour the oil into a saucepan, add the cherry tomatoes, salt and a few basil leaves. Cook them over high heat for a few minutes, when they are tender, remove them from the heat and keep them aside. To cook the pasta, I preferred the spaghetti with this sauce, but you can choose any size. Drain the pasta and pour it into the pan where we prepared the sauce, mix and add more oil if necessary
