Spaghetti with garlic and oil

Hello everyone! I want to introduce you to a very good recipe that is really very easy and quick. Few ingredients but lots of flavor!

Ingredients for 4

320 gr Spaghetti di Gragnano

6 spoons of Extra virgin olive oil flavoured with garlic and chili

1 clove of garlic

Q.s Salt

Q.s Parsley

Q.s Chili pepper

Start cooking the pasta in boiling water and add salt. Cook the spaghetti al dente and in the meantime you can prepare the sauce. cut the garlic into slices, pour the oil into a large pan and heat over low heat, then add the garlic. Fry the sauce over very low heat, they should not burn but only fry for 2 minutes. when the pasta is cooked al dente, you can bring it to the pan with a ladle of cooking water. Mix the contents for a couple of minutes to combine the flavors. Serve and season with parsley and chili pepper.
