Fresh Mozzarella must be shipped in own milk in ratio 1:1 for preserve the freshness.

So for example when you select 1 kg of mozzarella it will be shipped in 1 lt of watermilk, so the total shipping's weight become 2kg.

Open the pack and place the mozzarella in a glass or ceramic bowl with own water/milk. Keep it in the fridge (summer time) or a fresh dry cool place (winter time), temperature between +5 and +15 degrees, it's very important. Wrap a plastic over it so that the cheese won’t dry out, which can affect its taste and texture. The mozzarella should remain fresh and safe to eat within 4 to 5 days. Serve it around 20 degrees.
